While everyone’s raving about the Lorac Pro Palette and Pro 2, I, on the other hand am enjoying the three Skinny Palettes that were recently on Hautelook – well not recently since by the time I got these (since I am in Canada), the Hautelook event is way over.
Hautelook has been a go to site for me when it comes to every single thing in my life! Lol, but honestly, you can find anything and everything in Hautelook. From designer bags, shoes, accessories, kitchenware, you name it! My favourite is of course the beauty section where most of my favourite cosmetic brands are on sale. Hautelook has these events where a certain brand goes on sale. Events will normally last for a few days and products will go either quick or slow depending on how popular they are. As for me, I have never been disappointed with Hautelook. Their customer service is awesome and delivery is quite quick considering the international shipping. To name a few under beauty – Kevyn Acoin, #ManiMonday Sephora by OPI, Mally Beauty and Tweezerman are all on the sale event as I am writing this. It is worth checking out, so sign up now by clicking this link.
Now, take a look at these beauties:
THE SKINNY EYESHADOW PALETTE IN NAVY
Perfect for smoky eyes and sultry looks. Very creamy, easy to blend and just the perfect amount of matte and shimmer shades. This palette is definitely perfect for winter.
THE SKINNY EYESHADOW PALETTE IN NUDE
This is my favourite, being the neutral type of girl that I am. The pigmentation is just gorgeous and the colour combo is perfect for everyday and for work. Love love love this palette!
THE SKINNY EYESHADOW PALETTE IN PLUM
From what I read, I think this palette is a Nordstrom Rack / Hautelook exclusive. Lucky me, I was able to get my hands on this gorgeous palette. Neutral enough to use for everyday but you can make it as intense / dramatic as you prefer. I will definitely use this more often now since the colours in this palette is so fall appropriate – gorgeous!
This purchase is definitely worth every single penny! I love how the palettes are so easy to pack and bring with you when you travel. The packaging is a sturdy cardboard that kinda looks like a snake skin type of finish, in a cardboard, if that makes any sense? The quality is great and the price point is excellent! For US$15.00 each valued at US$133.00 each palette, I am speechless and the side giggles are showing! Will post some swatches and looks you can achieve using these three palettes on my future blog.
